 Having undertaken a vast action plan aiming at the permanent improvement of the quality of its products and services, the Management of TPR set up a structure adapted with a service quality assurance. This step quality was crowned by obtaining certification ISO 9002 by the prestigious organization certifier : A.F.A.Q in 1997.
In July 2003, TPR obtained certification according to the new version ISO 9001 Version 2000.
This certificate was renewed in July 2006.
