 The label QUALICOAT relates to the aluminium products enamelled manufactured by TUNISIA PROFILES ALUMINIUM.
This Label is decreed has TPR in 2000 by the ADAL : Association for the development of Anodic or Enamelled Aluminium, organization certifier accredited by the COFRAC.
The thermo lacquering includes a preparation of surface, a chemical conversion, the application of the lacquer and cooking with the furnace. The lacquers used are the subject of a preliminary approval of QUALICOAT which checks their good characteristics of behaviour in time.
The reference frame of this label describes the technical specifications, controls to be carried out and their frequency. The principal controlled characteristics are :

- The thickness of the layer of lacquer
- The adherence of the lacquer
- The good polymerization of the lacquer
- Mechanical resistance of the lacquer
- Resistance to the acetic salt spray of lacquer
