The AMI Assurances headquarters represents a leading architectural achievement that stands out in the urban landscape for its elegance and sophistication. Designed by architect Taoufik Ben Hdid, this luxurious office complex consists of two imposing seven-storey buildings, housing a total of 170 offices that offer a work environment that is both prestigious and functional.
The signature element of this project is undoubtedly its facade made with TPR's 52 Horizon+ curtain wall system. This advanced technical solution gives the building a contemporary aesthetic characterized by transparency and lightness, creating an elegant envelope that reflects the status and brand image of this major financial institution.
TPR solutions for optimal energy performance
The sun shades, also provided by TPR, are an essential architectural and functional element of the composition. Integrated harmoniously into the facade, they play a crucial role in the thermal regulation of the building by controlling solar exposure according to the orientations and the seasons. This bioclimatic approach makes it possible to optimize the supply of natural light in workspaces while limiting summer overheating, thus contributing significantly to the overall energy efficiency of the building.
The architect designed the interior spaces with particular attention to the quality of the working environments. Generously bathed in natural light thanks to the large glass surfaces, the offices offer optimal conditions of visual and thermal comfort. The fluid and functional spatial organization perfectly meets the needs of a modern business, promoting both operational efficiency and the well-being of occupants.
