A luminous architecture: The essence of the Light House project
Light House is a visionary architectural project designed by the architect Bilel Khemakhem and his agency ARK-architecture. This contemporary building embodies the philosophy of the firm, which seeks to create spaces where light becomes a building material in its own right.
The TPR curtain wall facade, a signature element of the project, creates a transparent envelope that plays with reflections and transparencies at different times of the day. This glass and aluminum skin allows natural light to penetrate deep into interior spaces, reducing the need for artificial lighting and optimizing the energy efficiency of the building.
Technical innovation and sustainability: TPR Aluminum solutions
The architect paid particular attention to the orientation of the building to make the most of the sunshine while controlling thermal inputs. The TPR technical solutions used offer excellent performance in terms of insulation and solar control, contributing to the creation of a comfortable and sustainable indoor environment.
The fluidity between spaces and the smooth transitions between interior and exterior are at the heart of the design, creating a rich and dynamic spatial experience. The innovative properties of aluminum curtain wall systems make it possible to create architectural interfaces where transparency and technical performance interact harmoniously.
Light House perfectly represents the ARK-architecture approach that combines contemporary aesthetics, technical innovation and environmental sensitivity. This project demonstrates how materials such as aluminum can be used not only as structural elements, but also as means of architectural expression and energy performance.
