An architectural manifesto in the heart of Tunis
In the heart of Tunis, “The Screen” stands as an audacious architectural manifesto. With its 23,000 m², this contemporary high-rise building (High-rise Building) embodies the new generation of tertiary spaces, rethinking the relationship between architecture, the urban environment and modern ways of working.
Located in a strategic location, the building becomes an architectural landmark that symbolizes the urban evolution of Tunis. Its design reflects a prospective vision of architecture, where the building is no longer simply a built space, but a true intelligent and dynamic ecosystem.
Technical innovations and light effects
The system of openings unfolds gracefully, mixing large parts of TPR 52 Horizon+ glazed curtain walls smooth from floor to ceiling with other opaque ones integrating fine light slits. This architectural approach creates a sophisticated dialogue between transparency and opacity, light and intimacy.
The type of facade has been carefully selected to adapt to the local climate and various orientations, thus guaranteeing optimal use of natural light and solar energy, while maintaining the energy performance of the whole. Each element of the facade becomes an intelligent technical device, capable of regulating heat, filtering light and minimizing energy consumption.
The Screen building thus represents much more than a simple building: it is an architectural response to contemporary environmental challenges, a workspace designed as a living and adaptable organism.
