Contemporary Mediterranean architecture
At the confluence of the Mediterranean and the Orient, Villa Z has a vocabulary specific to North Africa and the Arab-Muslim world. Located in a fairly dense residential area, the villa is presented on the street side with a sober and refined facade, with the minimum number of openings to preserve the privacy of the interior spaces.
This architectural project offers a contemporary reinterpretation of Mediterranean construction traditions, where privacy and protection from the external environment are fundamental principles. The minimalist approach to the street facade becomes an architectural language that dialogues with local history and culture.
Light and technical performance
The TPR aluminum elements, used with subtlety, add a contemporary touch to this aesthetic while strengthening the energy efficiency of the building. Light plays a key role in the design of Villa Z, becoming almost a building material in its own right.
The various openings, also designed in TPR aluminum, adapt to the sun's trajectory, flooding all spaces with natural light, while maintaining optimal thermal and acoustic performance. Each opening becomes an intelligent technical device, capable of filtering light, regulating the interior temperature and creating lighting environments that change throughout the day.
Villa Z thus embodies a contemporary vision of housing, where technology, tradition and architectural sensitivity meet to create a unique and efficient living space.
