An architectural concept at the service of well-being
Vitalcube is a medical and office center located in the “Berges du Lac 2" in Tunis, an area with a large number of clinics and wellness centers. This place is part of an urban ecosystem dedicated to health and well-being, offering an architectural environment designed as a real therapeutic support.
Designed by ARK-architecture under the direction of the architect Bilel Khemakhem, this building with contemporary lines is distinguished by its colorful and dynamic TPR curtain wall facade that creates a strong visual identity. Here, the architectural approach goes beyond the simple constructive dimension to become a genuine response to the psychological and emotional needs of patients.
Therapeutic design and technical performance
For this specific type of project intended to welcome patients seeking healing, the architects wanted the concept to present a positive contribution to the psychological health of the occupants. The alternation of colored and glazed panels maximizes the supply of natural light while creating a stimulating visual environment that evokes nature and vitality.
The TPR aluminum solutions used for the facade offer excellent thermal and acoustic performance, contributing to the comfort of the occupants and to the energy efficiency of the building. Each architectural element has been designed as a healing medium: dynamic colors stimulate positivity, natural light promotes well-being, and high-performance materials ensure a healthy environment.
The modern and functional structure of the Vitalcube perfectly embodies the alliance between contemporary aesthetics and therapeutic environment, demonstrating how architecture can become an active partner in the healing and well-being process.
